  • Your contact information will only be used by TINTIN Style and our partners. Your information will never be shared our sold to any third party without your approval.

  • All merchandises sold at TINTIN Style are approved to be sold and marketed in Sweden. All merchandises presented at TINTIN Style are in stock, unless stated different. Availability is updates manually and we reserve the right for any inaccuracy. If the merchandise can’t be delivered the customer will be contacted via e-mail or phone.

Domestic Deliveries

Within Sweden we send all of our shipments with DHL and Posten AB, depending on what suits you the best. Our ambition is to have your package delivered within 1-3 business days, with reservations for delays. If your delivery is more than 5 days delayed, you will be contacted with a new proposal of delivery. In case of delay, you always have the right to cancel your order.

Free domestic standard shipping applies to all orders over €160.

Posten Hempaket 175 SEK – Delivery to your home, weekdays at 17.00–21.00 (non-holidays only).
Posten Företagspaket 16.00 75 SEK – Delivery to your company at 4 pm (at the latest) the following weekday from your final order confirmation.
Hämta i butik (Pick up in shop) 0 SEK - You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up at our shop on Linnégatan 32 in Stockholm, Sweden.

All shipments with DHL and Posten AB are alerted to you through a text message, therefore it is very important that you state your mobile number correct when placing your order. To collect your delivery you need a tracking number and identification. You can always track your shipment through the link you receive in your final order confirmation. All shipments are held by the delegates for 14 days before they are returned back to us. Please read more below.

UNCOLLECTED SHIPMENTS
If you do not collect your goods from the delegate within 14 days you will be liable to pay a fee of €30 and the goods will be sent back to us. This fee is to cover the cost that we had sending the goods and collecting the return. When you don’t collect your goods within 14 days you are no longer covered by the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act.
 

FAQ

- I´ve seen an item online, do you have it in another size in the shop?
The shop and website shares stock, which means that if we don’t have your size online we don’t have it in the shop either. If an item is available online it will also be in the shop.

- Will you get this item/size back in stock?
Sometime we will restock on items that are sold out quickly or on items that are not season bound. You are free to contact the customer service to ask for a size or item. Generally though you can say that the items on sale will not come back in stock.

- I didn’t receive an order confirmation, did my order go through?
When you’ve placed your order you will get a confirmation to your e-mail address to say that the purchase went through. If you didn’t get one something probably went wrong or you might have stated the wrong e-mail address. Always be careful when stating your e-mail address to make sure you get all the information concerning your order.

- I didn’t get any notification via text message to say that my order has arrived?
The notifications to alert you that your goods have arrived is always sent to the phone number that you stated in your order. It is very important that you stated the correct number. If you didn’t get a notification you can track your order on your account or via the tracking link sent to you by e-mail. To collect your goods without the notification bring your tracking number and identification.

- Did you receive my return, I haven’t heard from you yet?
As soon as we receive your return we will administrate it and you will get a confirmation via e-mail. This normally takes 5-10 days from the day we receive your package. After this we will return your money to your account or adjust your invoice. If it´s been more than 10 working days since you sent your package and you still havn’t heard from us please contact the customer services.

- You sent me the wrong merchandise, what should I do?
All orders are handled manually and sometimes unfortunately mistakes are made. We always strive to improve and give you the best service possible. If you have received the wrong merchandise we appologise for this and will send you a return form so that you can return your package without cost, and we will at the same time send you your correct item. Contact customer services if this has happened to you.

- My voucher code isn't valid once I reach the checkout, why?
If the voucher code is valid but you keep getting errors, it's most likely because the items in your cart aren't included in the offer. A typical example of this are discounted products that rarely are included in further discounting offers.
 

International Deliveries

WITHIN THE EU

Orders placed within the EU always include Swedish VAT. Depending on country and choice of shipping we offer a 2-5 days delivery

DHL Express (€15/150 SEK) - A delivery attempt is made to your address, if no one is home you will be given the opportunity to call and reschedule.
Posten My Pack - Only to Finland (€10) and Denmark (€8/76 SEK), the delivery arrives at the closest delegate of Posten.


OUTSIDE THE EU

At this time we only offer shipping outside of the EU to Norway. When making your purchase from Norway, you will not pay Swedish VAT, nor is it included in the listed prices. In addition to the freight, you will be charged 10,7% of the total order amount (including freight) at the Norwegian Custom, and also 25% Norwegian VAT on the total amount (including custom fees). In addition to this the Norweigan Post charges a fee for the clearance, based on both the value of the order and the freight cost. For more specific calculations we refer you to the Norwegian Toll Custom website www.toll.no

Posten Utlandspaket (€16/160 SEK) – At this time this is our only shipping option to Norway, which usually means a 3-5 days delivery.

According to the Swedish law, we are obligated to declare export, and therefore we are not able to send “gifts”, falsely reduce the order amount or set the sender to anonymous.
 

Payback

REFUNDING
After a return, exchange, reclaim or other changes in your original order a refund is made.

Invoice - Your invoice is adjusted and verification is sent to you by e-mail. If you’re invoice already has been paid we might ask you for your bank account details to refund you manually

Credit Card - A refund is made to the card used at your purchase TINTIN Style will never save any information related to your credit card, and all information is handled on secure sockets layers (SSL).

Bank transfer - A refund is made to the account used at your purchase TINTIN Style will never save any information related to your account, and all information is handled on secure sockets layers (SSL). Bank transfers made through SEB must be manually refunded, we will contact you for your details.

PayPal - A refund is made either to your PayPal balance or your card depending on how you financed the purchase. When refunding PayPal-balance you will receive the refund as soon as you have accepted the return. Refunds to your card may take a couple of additional bank days. TINTIN Style never save or handle any information related to your card.

 

Payments

For purchases made outside of Sweden we only accept credit card payments. For Swedish residents with Swedish social security number we also provide invoice.

CREDIT CARD
There is no extra fee for paying with credit card. If you make a return your money will be transferred back to the card you used at the purchase. We currently accept payments from American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Eurocard. When paying with credit card, the transaction is processed by DIBS to guarantee you a safe and secure payment. TINTIN Style will never save any information related to your credit card, and all information is handled on secure sockets layers (SSL).

INVOICE (Sweden only)
Together with Klarna AB we offer our Swedish customers a 30 days invoice. The invoice is sent to the e-mail address stated at the purchase.

Fakturera mig - invoice
When paying with Fakturera mig, you shop safe and easy for a fee of 29 SEK.

If the payment fails a reminder fee of 50 SEK will be added together with an interest of 25.50%. When a purchase is made a small background check will be performed, to state the customer's personal information. Your personal information is then treated in accordance to the Swedish Personal Data Act, and may be shared with a third party.

Klarna konto - installment
Choose this metod of paying if you want to decide yourself how much to pay every month. You will collect all your purchases to one account and will always receive your goods before paying. This is also valid if you use Klarna to shop from different companies. You will only have one invoice, no matter how many purchases

No cost for arrangement fee. For Klarna Konto interest per annum is 19,5% and APR from 26,99% if you shop for more than 10 000 SEK. The average cost of interest per month is 16,50 SEK if you shop for 1000 SEK.


DIRECT PAYMENT BY BANK
There is no extra fee for direct payment by bank. If you make a return your money will be transferred back to the bank account you used at the purchase. We currently accept payments from the following banks; Handelsbanken, Swedbank, SEB and Nordea . When using direct payment by bank, the transaction is processed by DIBS to guarantee you a safe and secure payment. TINTIN Style will never save any information related to your bank account, and all information is handled on secure sockets layers (SSL).


PAYPAL
PayPal is the preferred way to pay online by many because it's safer and faster. PayPal stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks, PayPal takes the payment from your card or PayPal-balance directly, and your payment details are never shared with the merchants.



We don’t provide cash on delivery payment or payment to bank account. At present we can’t offer invoice payment to any customers living outside of Sweden.
 

Returns & Exchanges

You always have 14 days to return or exchange the item you buy from TINTIN Style, assuming that the product is returned in its original condition, i.e. unused and with all the labels and the packing sustained. Of course you are entitled to try the clothes on. Because of hygienic reasons, underwear, earrings and beauty products are not refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

When returning or exchanging items you pay for the freight back to us, freight bills are only available for approved reclaims. As soon as we’ve received and administrated your return or exchange, you will get an e-mail verification confirming this, also confirming your refund. Administrating your order usually takes 5-10 business days upon receipt.

If you wish to exchange your item for another color or size, we ask you to first contact customer service to make sure the item you wish is reserved for you and doesn’t run out of stock. We advice all of our customers to choose shipping with tracking number when returning your order, in case your package gets lost along the way back to us. Since you are the legal owner of the package you are not entitled to a refund if the package never reaches us again.

RECLAIMS



When you have received your delivery, it is very important that you go check your goods. If the package is damaged a reclaim has to be made directly to the delivery company or the delegates. We set high demands on the quality of our suppliers, and ensure you that the goods you order from us are delivered in perfect condition. Would you despite this receive a defective product, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Describe the nature of the defect and if possible, please attach a picture.

If you have received a faulty item we will send you a return form so that you can return your item free of charge. Other costs that might occur will not be replaced by us.

For reclaims the Swedish Consumption Purchases Act is applied, www.konsumentverket.se and if a dispute occurs TINTIN Style will follow the recommendations of the Swedish Public Complaints Board (Allmänna Reklamtionsnämnden).
